Soft-microfiber wash media, pH-neutral chemistry, and a paint-safe polishing system, so we're not compromising factory clear coat, an existing ceramic coating, or PPF. I'm a car guy myself — dark paint gets the fussy treatment because that's where holograms and swirls show up first. A lot of these owners come back to add a ceramic coating on top; it's our highest attach rate in the city.

A detail is a full reset: clay-bar decontamination to pull embedded brake dust and rail dust out of the clear coat, machine polishing to erase swirl marks from automatic washes, deep interior steam cleaning, leather conditioning, and a sealant that lasts. A wash is 15 minutes. A proper detail is 4–8 hours, and you'll see it for months. If you're coming out of an inner-city parkade, the clay-bar step matters more than you'd think — concrete dust and brake fines etch clear coat surprisingly fast.
